mini bag of babies

 I got M a mini IKEA bag last week.  She liked it and has filled it with mini plastic babies and sea creatures.  Everything is less than 1 inch.  So cute!

M teacher's favorite

 M has a class she is the class president of because she was the only one that asked the teacher how to become class president.  The teacher had after school classes and club meetings.  M enjoyed participating.  The teacher had cancer and was finishing chemo.  M prepared refreshments and decorations for a celebration.  She also made a video with clips of all the students giving good wishes.  She's such a leader.

duets

 M had a recital recently and played 3 duets.  The theme was duets.  She played a duet with her teacher of a Bach Minuette.  She played a duet with B called Luminosity.  She also played a silly duet with another student that reminds me of Bugs Bunny playing the piano.

She's navigating high school everything.

Hubert

 

lP and I were at Walmart and found a big of gigantic stuffed animals.  We agreed that M needed the giant octopus.  lP enjoyed looking the complete spoiled child as she held the stuffed octopus during the shopping trip.  She decided we should put it on M's bed and wait for her to notice it.  It was hours after she came home before M ever noticed!

M enjoys taking Hubert out for photo shoots, camping, and frolics in the front yard.

M is awesome

 M had her first highschool concert band performance on Veteran's day.

M will be in a Christmas parade on Saturday.  She read "No Santa hats or costumes" to mean that her fabulous sweater would be a problem.  I assured her that nobody was going to be confused by the cat and dog wearing hats on her sweatshirt, and think that she was santa.

PSA and Schoology

 M participates in the Public Servants club in connection with the Homeland Security class she is taking.  She has Geometry, English, Biology, Band, Global Perspectives (history) and 3D Art as well.  She takes piano lessons and is juggling all these things very well, I think?  Schoology says otherwise but M assures us that it is an issue with the grades not being put in at the same date as the due date.
